// BUILT FOR THE WHOLE SESSION //
IronLedger connects planning, logging, review, and adjustment so your workout history becomes useful evidence—not a pile of disconnected numbers.
// PLAN YOUR BLOCK //
Start from a proven template, build a multi-week block with deloads, or import the CSV or Excel file your coach already uses.

// LOG THE SESSION //
Record the details strength training actually depends on: load, reps, RPE or RIR, set type, rest, notes, and optional form-check video.

// READ THE RESULT //
Turn completed sessions into a readable record of personal bests, estimated 1RM, training volume, and exercise history.

// CLOSE THE LOOP //
Export a coach-readable log, share per-set form video, receive feedback, and keep the training record in one place.

// PROGRAM OWNERSHIP //
A strength program is the planned sequence of exercises, sets, reps, and progression rules you follow over time. IronLedger lets you choose how that plan enters the app.
Set up 5/3/1, Starting Strength, PHUL, PPL, Arnold Split, Heavy Duty, Blood & Guts, or Bodyweight.
Create weeks and training days, configure every set target, mark deloads, and keep week notes.
Import a CSV or Excel plan, review any parsing warnings, then export completed work in a coach-readable format.
// WHY IRONLEDGER //
